You will be responsible for:
International Payroll and employee relations

  • Prepares, implements and controls payroll in USA, Canada, France and Italy
  • Handles international employee relations issues
  • Issues employee contracts as per existing standards
 Group HR Policies and Regulations
  • Establishes cross-sectural HR policies
  • Ensures necessary country specific policies are addressed

HR Efficiency and HR IT
  • Constantly drives the continuous improvement process
  • Oversees and maintains the existing HR-Software Tools

Your background and experience:

  •  Profound work experience in the HR field
  • Completed course of study in related areas is an advantage
  • Distinct organisation talent, structured working approach and hands-on mentality
  •  Independent and self-responsible working ethic
  • Experience in payroll accounting and IT-Sofware implemenation is an advantage
  • Profound IT-Knowledge (MS Office) 
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English
